Step-by-Step Procedure

Open the Kit

Open the kit in an aseptic way. Verify all components are present.

Connect Cannula

Connect the MyStem cannula (optional) to the MyStem flexible syringe connector.

Attach Syringe

Connect the MyStem flexible syringe connector to the vacuum syringe.

Enter Fat Tissue

After entering fat tissue, pull back the syringe plunger until it clicks.

Harvest Tissue

Slowly move the MyStem cannula forward/backward and slightly left/right until you get the desired amount of tissue.

Seal & Shake

Close the filled syringe with a luer cap. Shake the syringe for 1 minute.

Inject to Bag

Connect the syringe to MyStem Bag top connector and inject lipoaspirate.

Collect Fraction

Connect a 10ml syringe to the MyStem bag bottom connector and pull back the syringe plunger.

Concentrate

Connect filled syringe to Concentrator bottom connector. Connect an empty syringe to top connector.

Flow Through

Flow fluid bottom-to-top until flow stops. Disconnect both syringes. Discard top syringe.

Reverse Flow

Connect sterile water/saline syringe to top connector. Reverse flow 3ml from top-to-bottom.

Collect Purified Fat

Connect an empty 10ml syringe to MyStem Bag top connector. Fill syringes with purified fat.

Create NanoFat

Fill two empty syringes using the ARG component. Move tissue back and forth through ARG for 1 minute.
